We want you to love your Popstic Partyware delivery! Your experience is of utmost importance to us. 

Can I return my items if I change my mind?

If you change your mind please contact us by email at info@popsticpartyware.com.au and return your unopened items within 7 days for a credit or exchange.

Please note shipping costs will be not be refunded. Please post your items in new condition, unopened and email us know the tracking details.

What if my items are damaged or faulty?

In the unlikely event you receive products that are damaged or faulty at the time of delivery Popstic Partyware will be happy to offer a refund or an exchange.

We will endeavour to rectify any issues you are unsatisfied with where possible within a reasonable time frame.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 days of receiving the goods at info@popsticpartyware.com.au if your item is defective, damaged or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and take steps to rectify the situation. We reserve the right to request proof that the products were damaged or faulty prior to agreeing to any refund.

Refunds

Refunds will be credited in the same method used to make the purchase. We will use reasonable steps to process your refund as quickly as possible. Please allow 3-5 Business days for funds to reach your account.
